Noel del Mundo

Noel del Mundo has more than 30 years of experience in human resources and administration. Noel is currently the Head of HR and Administration at Yoma Micro Power since May 2023. Prior to this, they held various roles including Head of Human Resources at Solar Philippines from January 2018 to August 2018, Regional HR Director at Misys from June 2013 to December 2017, and Vice-President for Human Resources at both Digitel Mobile Philippines, Inc. from July 2004 to March 2011 and JG Summit Petrochemical Corporation from December 1996 to July 2004. Noel also worked as Assistant VP for Training and OD at Phinma from March 1984 to December 1996. Throughout their career, Noel has effectively implemented strategies and initiatives that enhanced HR functions, reduced operating costs, and attracted outside talent. Additionally, they played a vital role in the start-up and commercial launch of businesses through talent acquisition and on-schedule plant construction and commissioning. Noel also has experience in freelance consulting, where they worked on change management projects.

Noel del Mundo's education history includes pursuing MBA Studies at the University of the Philippines. Prior to that, they achieved a BS in Chemical Engineering from the same university. Noel also completed their high school education at the University of Nueva Caceres. Additionally, Noel obtained the certification of Certified OD Practitioner from Armco Education Center in August 1981. Noel is also certified as a Managerial Grid Instructor by Scientific Management/ GridOD. However, it is unclear if they obtained certification as a KT PSDM Instructor or if they passed the Licensure Examination for Chemical Engineers as the institution and specific dates are not provided.
