Michelle Lai

Michelle Lai has extensive experience in business development, marketing, and brand strategy. Michelle founded MISCHA in 2008, where they built the brand from the ground up and oversaw various aspects of the business, including supply chain, marketing, and e-commerce expansion. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Development Consultant at BrandCap, focusing on expanding their offerings in Greater China. More recently, Michelle has taken on the role of Director of Business Development at Yonder Consulting, where they help clients understand market opportunities and create impactful strategies.
