Rachel Cole

Rachel Cole is the current Executive Director of Research, Evaluation & Reporting at Yonkers Public Schools. Prior to this, they worked as a research associate at the Education Development Center, an education research consultant, and a lead researcher for the Research Alliance for New York City Schools. Rachel also has experience working in the NYC Department of Education as an evaluation and curriculum manager. Rachel has a passion for education and has dedicated their career to conducting research and evaluations in order to improve educational outcomes for students.

Rachel Cole has a Doctorate in International Education from New York University. Rachel also has an MS in Educational Administration from Baruch College and an MS in Bilingual/Dual-Language Middle Childhood Education from Bank Street College of Education. Rachel has an AB in Anthropology and Economics from the University of Chicago.
