Avi Zanko

Avi Zanko has a range of work experience in the field of computer vision and algorithm development. Avi is currently working as a Computer Vision Algorithm Engineer at Tetavi since December 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Samsung Semiconductor Israel R&D Center (SIRC) for three years from April 2017 to December 2020 as an Algorithm Developer, focusing on image processing and computer vision.

Before joining Samsung, Avi was an Algorithm Engineer at New Time Zone from March 2016 to March 2017. Avi also has experience as a Post-doctoral Researcher at Bar Ilan University from January 2015 to September 2015.

Their earliest work experience in the field began in October 2007, where they served as a Research Associate at Bar-Ilan University. During their time there, they worked on various projects related to topology management, rate allocation for wireless networks, and dynamic spectrum management for DSL access networks. Avi also worked as a Teaching Assistant at Bar-Ilan University during this period.

Avi Zanko obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bar-Ilan University. After completing their bachelor's degree, they pursued further education at the same institution and received a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, with a focus on their chosen field of study.
