Beatriz Meldrum

Beatriz is a Managing Director and General Counsel, Europe. She is also a member of the Firm’s Operating Committee. Prior to joining York in 2013, she worked as General Counsel at Edoma Partners LLP, having joined Edoma from Davidson Kempner’s London office, where she was Legal Counsel and Compliance Officer. Prior to that, she was Managing Director, Associate General Counsel Europe and Asia at Stark Investments. She has also held roles in the Bank Finance Group at the London office of Shearman & Sterling LLP and in the Banking Group at Ashurts.

Beatriz graduated with a Law Degree from Pontifica Universidade Catolica do Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in 1995 and has an LLM (1996-1997) from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
