Paul Freeman

Paul Freeman, MCIP, RPP, serves as the Chief Planner and Director of Long Range Planning at York Region since March 2016. Previously, Paul held various positions at the Town of Richmond Hill from July 1991 to March 2016, including Manager of Policy, Acting Manager of Development, Senior Planner, Planning Technician, and Planner (Contract). Paul holds a Diploma in Public Administration from Western University and a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Urban and Regional Planning from Ryerson University, where studies occurred from 1988 to 1991.
