Ralph Pazar is an experienced recruiting professional currently serving as the Recruiting Director at York Solutions, an IT consulting and permanent placement firm, since May 2002. Under Ralph's leadership, York Solutions emphasizes high-level client and consultant care while promoting the professional development of IT professionals through the Think IT association. Prior to this role, Ralph was the Owner of ProSource Recruiting from 1992 to 2002, where a boutique IT recruiting firm offered exceptional service to a diverse clientele.
