Sowmya Suresh, CSM, has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in Quality Assurance and IT consulting. Currently serving as a QA Analyst at York Solutions, LLC since November 2016, Sowmya has previously contributed to Express Scripts and 3M, where responsibilities included facilitating the migration to a new test management tool and acting as a Scrum Master for a 12-member team, respectively. Earlier roles include QA Analyst at Tech Digital Corporation, Business Analyst at Minnesota Children's Museum, IT Business Analyst at Orbitsyssoft, and QA Tester at Always Info. Sowmya holds a Master of Computer Applications and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Madras.
