Jennifer Hawkins Lloyd has extensive work experience in manufacturing and engineering roles. Jennifer is currently the Director of Manufacturing & Engineering at York Wallcoverings since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Plant Technical Manager at the same company from May 2022 to September 2022. Before joining York Wallcoverings, Jennifer served as an Operations Manager at Multi Color Corporation from November 2020 to April 2022. Jennifer also has a long history with Independent Can Company, where they held various roles including Plant Manager from July 2019 to November 2020, Operations Manager from September 2018 to July 2019, Production Manager from August 2017 to September 2018, Engineering Manager from February 2016 to July 2017, Manufacturing Engineer from June 2015 to February 2016, Production Manager from December 2013 to June 2015, Project/R&D Engineer from April 2011 to December 2013, and Litho Management Trainee from May 2010 to April 2011.

Jennifer Hawkins Lloyd earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Loyola University Maryland between the years 2017 and 2020. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies in Industrial Engineering Management at Elizabethtown College from 2005 to 2009.
