Julie Lawton

Julie Lawton currently serves as a Service Manager at Affinity Trust since November 2023. Previously, Julie has held various roles at Yorkshire Housing since February 2014, including Safeguarding & Outreach Manager, Safeguarding Lead, Quality Assurance Officer, and Team Leader. In these positions, Julie has led safeguarding projects, developed and implemented best practices to support vulnerable customers, and managed a team dedicated to safeguarding support and policy administration. Julie has also taken on responsibilities in researching and writing key organizational policies, utilizing strong interpersonal skills to embed safeguarding practices across multiple teams. Julie holds a Foundation degree in Alternative and Complementary Medicine and Medical Systems from Teesside University and a Bachelor of Technology in Health and Social Care from Park Lane College.
