Danny Clarke

Danny Clarke has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Danny started their career at PwC in 2000 as an Audit/Transaction Services Manager and worked there until 2006. Danny then joined Shore Capital as an Equity Analyst and held that position until 2010. Following that, they joined Vita Group as a Group Treasurer and worked there for seven years. In 2017, they joined Electricity North West as the Head of Corporate Finance & Investor Relations until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Corporate Finance at Yorkshire Water since 2023. Danny Clarke's expertise lies in finance, investor relations, treasury management, equity analysis, and audit/transaction services.

Danny Clarke completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Leeds in 2000. Danny then obtained the ACA qualification from ICAEW in 2003. Later, in 2013, Danny earned the AMCT and MCT certifications from the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
