Itay Kalo

Itay Kalo has extensive experience in software development and leadership, currently serving as an R&D Team Lead and Full Stack Developer at Yotpo since April 2021. Prior experience includes working as a Software Engineer at Amdocs from September 2018 to April 2021, where responsibilities included developing microservices in Java, employing OOP principles, and utilizing technologies such as Spring, Maven, Docker, REST API, Kafka, and Couchbase. Earlier, Itay contributed to Appet as a Software Developer in 2014-2015, creating mobile games using Unity and C#. Itay also served as a Commander in the Israel Defence Forces from December 2010 to November 2013. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, obtained in 2019.
