Jessica Minnett is an experienced professional in customer success and account management, currently serving as the APAC Manager for Customer Success and Services at Yotpo since February 2022. Prior to this role, Jessica led the APAC Account Management function at Dext from March 2015 to February 2022, managing a team of eight Sales Account Managers focused on revenue growth and retention. Jessica also held positions as Regional Manager for the Customer Success Team and as a Customer Success Manager and Team Leader at Dext. Earlier experience includes working as a Claims Consultant at the Financial Ombudsman Service. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Sociology from The University of Manchester and has completed training in public speaking through Ginger Public Speaking.
