Sophia Yearyung Shin

Sophia Yearyung Shin is the Founder and President of You & I Organization, a non-profit dedicated to raising awareness about cultural diversity and racial injustice, with over 3,600 global members since its inception in October 2019. Currently serving as Vice President of Projects at SBC Strategy Consulting until December 2024, Sophia has managed projects for prominent clients including Autodesk and Atlassian. Previous roles include Project Manager for Sweetgreen and Senior Strategy Consultant for Adobe Inc. In addition, Sophia holds various positions in the Healthcare Business Association At Berkeley and has interned in business development at Frontier Bio. A student at the University of California, Berkeley, Sophia continues to enhance experience in strategy and consulting through various roles while contributing to global health initiatives.
