Chance Gurr

Chance Gurr is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer at YNAB since September 2012, focusing on enhancing team member experiences and ensuring operational efficiency. Previously, Chance was the Owner and CEO of CG Ventures, managing a diverse portfolio of online businesses from July 2008 to December 2014. Chance also held roles such as Business Development & Internet Marketing Strategist at Netmark.com and Director of Internet Marketing at AJ Ventures, where responsibilities included client relationship management and team leadership. Earlier in the career, Chance was a Senior Account Manager at Northwestern Mutual, overseeing substantial assets and a large client base. Chance holds a BS in Business Management with a focus on strategy and management from Brigham Young University.
