Jerry Shafran

Jerry Shafran has over 30 years of experience in the technology and healthcare industries. Jerry began their career in 1983 as an Account Executive at Friden Alcatel. Jerry then moved to Cash Flow Design as VP Sales in 1986. In 1992, they founded and became President of Ceeva Inc., an IT security and network services firm. In 2006, they were hired by a private investment group as President of Pepperweed Consulting, where they initiated programs leading to the successful acquisition of the company by two different entities. In 2007, they founded and became CEO of Compliance Assurance Corporation (CAC). In 2012, they joined the Executive Team at Compliance Assurance Corporation, division of StoneRiver Risk and Compliance, as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). In 2015, they founded and became CEO of YouCompli, a healthcare compliance solution combining actionable regulatory analysis with a simple SaaS workflow.

Jerry Shafran received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh in 1983. Jerry also attended Seton Hill University, though no degree or field of study was specified.
