Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor for You:Flourish, Cohen supports the development and execution of business models aimed at enhancing mental health within the LGBTQ+ community. As the CEO of 3PG Consulting, Cohen provides strategic advisory services to impact-focused companies and non-profits. Previous roles include Chief Growth Officer at THRIVE IMPACT, Executive Director and Co-Founder of the Best Year Yet Foundation, and various leadership positions at organizations such as InteraWorks and Battleground Solutions. With a solid educational foundation comprising a Master's degree in International Economic Affairs and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from The George Washington University, Cohen has a proven track record in operational strategy, fundraising, and leadership development.
