Monewa Matlwa

Monewa Matlwa serves as the Chief of Staff to the Deloitte Africa Chief People Officer since October 2022, focusing on strategy and operations to drive strategic priorities across the continent. Additionally, Monewa has been a Board Member and Director at Young Aspiring Thinkers, leading organizational strategy and social impact projects globally since March 2019. Monewa is a two-time TEDx Speaker and previously held various roles at Anheuser-Busch InBev, including Operations Manager, where management of assets exceeding $300 million was pivotal. Monewa's educational background includes a Master's in Business Analytics and AI from NYU Stern School of Business, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Wits Business School, among other qualifications.
