Kate Davies

Kate Davies has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kate has held multiple roles at various organizations.

In 2011, they worked as an Accounts Payable Assistant at Dawnus Construction Ltd. Kate then joined Thales as a Contract Administration Assistant in 2012. Later that year, they served as a General Administration Assistant at Orontide Group Limited.

During 2013, Kate worked as an Accounts Assistant at Flight Centre and an Accounts Payable Assistant at Nicole Farhi.

In 2014, they started working at Hays, where they had three different roles. Kate began as a Recruitment Consultant and then became a Senior Recruitment Consultant. Kate'sfinal position at Hays was Senior Consultant - Internal Recruitment, where they were responsible for designing attraction strategies and performing selection processes.

In 2018, Kate joined Spare Snacks as a Sales and Account Manager. Kate then moved on to work at Young Foodies, starting as a Talent Manager in 2019 and eventually becoming the Operations Director in 2022. In their role at Young Foodies, they focused on recruiting talent and supporting FMCG startups, scaleups, and challenger brands.

Kate Davies attended St. Michael's School from 2005 to 2007, where they studied Mathematics, English Literature, and Spanish. Kate then went on to Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Literature. In terms of additional certifications, Kate obtained a Project Management certification from Young Foodies in October 2021, a Coaching certification from the same institution in March 2021, and an Excel 201 certification from Young Foodies in August 2020.
