Rujul Shah

Rujul Shah is currently involved with Young Jains of America as a Local Representative and serves on the Education Subcommittee since August 2022. Rujul also leads the Future Jain Leadership Program as President, managing an organization with over five chapters and a team of six board members since June 2021. Additionally, Rujul fulfills the role of Director of Instruction, planning leadership sessions and creating instructional curricula to empower Jain youth. As the Chicago Chapter Lead, Rujul organized community events such as virtual game nights. Rujul teaches tennis to children aged 5-16 at Dundee Township Park District since May 2022 and previously participated as a Youth Leader in Leadership Greater McHenry County from August 2021 to March 2022, enhancing leadership skills while engaging in community service. Rujul is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Illinois Chicago, expected to graduate in August 2024, after completing studies at Dundee-Crown High School in May 2024.
