Nicolas Wenker has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nicolas started their career as a Legal Intern at Schurig Jetel Beckett Tackett in 2010. In 2012, they worked as a Global Equities Researcher at Generations Forward AG. Nicolas then served as a Law Clerk for the Senate Judiciary Committee in 2013 and later as a Legal Intern for the Supreme Court of Texas in the same year. In 2013, they also joined the Texas Review of Law and Politics as the Director of Development, responsible for creating and growing the journal's outreach program.

In 2014, Nicolas worked as a Summer Associate at Blum&Grob Attorneys at Law Ltd and served as a Research Assistant for Professor John Golden at the University of Texas School of Law. Nicolas also briefly worked as an Executive Editor for the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy.

Nicolas then transitioned into the corporate world, joining Kirkland & Ellis LLP in 2015 as a Corporate Associate. Nicolas subsequently moved to Young Living Essential Oils, where they held several positions. Nicolas started as an Associate General Counsel in 2017, overseeing various legal matters such as corporate acquisition, governance, and regulatory compliance. Nicolas then progressed to become the Executive Director of Business Support, leading a division comprising core corporate teams. Nicolas further advanced to become the Vice President of Business Support, responsible for the company's business operations. Nicolas returned to the Legal Team and assumed the role of Deputy General Counsel (SVP), overseeing transactional legal matters and leading the company's corporate litigation and arbitration matters.

Throughout their career, Nicolas has showcased their expertise in law, corporate operations, and leadership, proving their ability to take on diverse responsibilities.

Nicolas Wenker obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in German Studies and Humanities from The University of Texas at Austin in 2008. Nicolas then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Political Science, with a focus on Trans-Atlantic Relations, at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2010 to 2012. Subsequently, they attended The University of Texas School of Law from 2012 to 2015 and received a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree. Later, from 2018 to 2020, Nicolas Wenker completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Executive MBA from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business. Additionally, they hold a certification in international business German as certified by the Goethe-Institut, which was obtained in 2008.
