Tracey Frank

Tracey Frank, M.Ed., is an experienced professional in early childhood education currently serving as the Executive Director of Early Childhood Education at the YMCA of Greater St. Petersburg since November 2023. Previously, Tracey held the position of Director of Operations at McGaw YMCA Children’s Center and served as the Preschool Academy Director at YMCA - Bardmoor. Additional experience includes roles at Lew Williams Center for Early Learning as Assistant Director and Coach/Mentor, and at Creative World School Oakstead as Assistant Director. Tracey's career also includes significant contributions to the Tampa Jewish Community Center & Federation, where leadership responsibilities spanned roles from Director to Assistant Teacher. Tracey holds a Master of Education in Early Childhood Administration from National Louis University and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Political Science, and Religious Studies from the University of South Florida.
