Lindsey Foss, LCMFT, has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Lindsey started their career as a GED Teacher and Counselor at Sasha Bruce Youthwork, where they focused on coordinating off-site tutoring programs and teaching writing to young adults. Later, they worked as an Education Specialist at YWCA National Capital Area, where they facilitated educational services for program participants. Lindsey also served as a Crisis Specialist (Bilingual) at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington before joining the YMCA of Metropolitan Washington as a Child and Family Therapist (Bilingual). In their role at the YMCA, they managed collaboration between YFS program staff and school administration, provided conflict resolution support, and managed a budget of $1.3 million.
