Alicia Rascon

Alicia Rascon is an experienced professional in development and nonprofit management, currently serving as the Development Manager at Young Women's Preparatory Network since February 2022. Previously, Alicia held the position of Director Of Development at the Center Against Sexual & Family Violence from May 2019 to June 2022, and worked at the El Paso Museum of History in 2018, overseeing membership and fund development initiatives.
