Evan Carroll

Evan Carroll has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Founder and Director of Your Glow Up, which is a DTC growth agency specializing in scaling eCommerce brands through performance UGC and Ad Buying on Meta and TikTok. Evan is responsible for the overall operations and success of the agency.

Prior to this, Evan worked as an Advisor for NuOrganic Cosmetics, providing guidance and expertise in the cosmetics industry.

Before entering the entrepreneurial space, Evan founded and directed upstarterr, a company they led for a year, from February 2021 to January 2022.

Evan also has experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, having worked as a Senior Specialist at Bristol Myers Squibb and as a Process Development & Commercialization Engineer at MSD. Evan held these positions for various periods between 2020 and 2021.

Additionally, Evan has sales and customer service experience from their role as a Sales Associate at Ormonde Veterinary from 2013 to 2019. Evan also worked as a Shift Worker at Glanbia Ingredients Ireland and as a Furniture Mover at Big Leprechaun Moving & Storage, both positions held for shorter durations.

Evan Carroll has a Master's degree in Chemical & Bioprocess Engineering from University College Dublin, which they obtained from 2020 to 2021. Prior to their Master's degree, Evan earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical & Bioprocess Engineering from the same institution, attending from 2016 to 2020. Evan completed their secondary education at St Kieran's College from 2010 to 2016. Evan also holds additional certifications, including a Full Driver's License from the Road Safety Authority obtained in 2017, and an ECDL certification from ICDL Europe obtained in 2014.
