Scott Middleton

Scott Middleton is a Chief Disruption Officer at SC House Calls since October 2020. He is also the Chief Executive Officer at LTC Health Solutions since February 1999. With a Master's in Health Care Administration from the University of South Carolina, a Master's in Divinity from Emory University, and a Bachelor's in Financial Accounting from Winthrop University, Scott has a strong educational background. Currently, he oversees the operation of the largest at-home physician service group in the country and manages various restaurants and hospitality groups. Additionally, Scott previously served as the CEO of AgapeSenior.
