Ruby Dalziel

Ruby Dalziel is a Customer Care Executive at Heights. Ruby has previous experience working as an emergency medical dispatcher for NHS, a customer services advisor for Paul Smith, and a personal assistant for NATASHA FREEMAN LIMITED. Ruby also worked as a sales advisor for & Other Stories and interned at AnOther Magazine. Her first job was as a lifeguard for Virgin Active.

Ruby Dalziel was educated at Richmond upon Thames College, where they achieved a Diploma of Education in Science. Ruby then went on to study for a Postgraduate Course in Essentials of Nutrition at the University of Westminster. Finally, they achieved a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Fine Art from Central Saint Martins, University of The Arts London.

They work with Alice (Godfrey) Murphy - Customer Service Consultant, Charlotte Hudson - Customer Care Team Lead, and Lauren Baker - Customer Care Specialist. Their manager is Jack Robinson, Operations Manager.
