Mark Elliott has extensive experience in project and programme management, spanning over 17 years across various sectors, including finance, utilities, and healthcare. Currently serving at Your Housing Group since October 2018 as Programme Delivery and Service Transition ICT Project Manager, Mark previously held positions such as Programme Manager at Smart DCC and SCC, where significant initiatives included leading the Co-op Bank Desktop Transformation Programme and managing multiple IT Shared Services projects at The Co-op. Mark is recognized for strategic planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, evidenced by oversight of major projects at Barclays Bank, United Utilities, and Atos.
