Hailey Weah

Hailey Weah is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in community support and empowerment for individuals with disabilities and mental health challenges. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Cherish Community Care Pty. Ltd since January 2021, Hailey has also held the role of Community Support Worker at Your Nursing Agency and served as a Psychosocial Worker at Community Living Options Inc. since December 2012. Additionally, as the CEO and Founder of Life Centre For Youth Development & Empowerment Inc, Hailey works to support underprivileged children in Liberia and empower young people in Australia. Previous roles include Community Support Worker at Cara Inc. and Developmental Support Worker at Minda Incorporated. Hailey is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Social Work at the University of South Australia, further enhancing expertise in the field.
