Nitish Pandey

Nitish Pandey has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Their most recent role is as the National Head - Transformation & Projects at your-space since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Stanza Living as the National Officer - Openings & Services (Head-Office) from January 2021 to March 2022. Before that, they were employed at WeWork in various positions, including Regional Manager - Building Opening's & Product (HQ) from September 2018 to December 2020, and Regional Manager - Customer Service & Operations from June 2017 to August 2018.

Additionally, Nitish has held positions at Scrum Alliance, where they obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Master in May 2019. Nitish also has experience in the hospitality industry, having worked at JW Marriott as an Event Operations Manager (HOD) from January 2016 to June 2017, Assistant Restaurant Manager from January 2015 to December 2015, and Food and Beverage Executive from May 2013 to December 2014. Prior to that, they gained valuable management training experience as a Floor Butler at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts from February 2011 to May 2013, and as a Guest Service Associate at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts from November 2010 to February 2011. Nitish also worked as a Food & Beverage Associate at Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts from December 2009 to October 2010, and as an Industrial Trainee at Taj Hotels Palaces Resorts Safaris from May 2009 to September 2009.

Nitish Pandey completed their Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology (BSCHMCTT) from Punjab Technical University, attending SBIHM School of Management from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their 12th standard from the National Institute of Open Schooling in 2006-2007, focusing on Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. In 2003-2004, they completed their 10th standard from the Central Board of Secondary Education, with a science curriculum.

In addition to their formal education, Nitish Pandey has obtained several certifications. In August 2019, they completed "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from Google. In October 2015, they attended the "Management Development Program (MDP)" offered by Marriott Hotels. Nitish also obtained the "Loss Prevention Certified (LPC)" certification from Marriott International in May 2015. In the same month, they received certifications in "Rooms Ops Level 2" and "RBRS LEVEL 2" from Marriott International. In August 2013, they completed the "Pre-Opening Certificate" from JW Marriott. In June 2013, they obtained the certification for "Certified 'L'art de Luxe' of Champagne, Wines and Spirits" from Moët Hennessy. Lastly, in May 2019, they received the "Scrum Master Certified (SMC)" certification from Scrum Alliance.
