Michael Sciano serves as the Senior Manager of Customer Marketing at ServiceTitan, overseeing customer marketing strategies across ServiceTitan, Aspire, and FieldRoutes since July 2023. In addition, Michael has held the position of Senior Manager, Customer Marketing & Advocacy at Aspire Software since July 2022, where responsibilities include developing customer marketing strategies focused on retention, lifecycle, and advocacy. Previously, Michael served as Sr. Manager of Customer Marketing at Airship, where engagement and loyalty were prioritized, and as Sr. Director of Customer Lifecycle Marketing at Terminus, where the Terminus Rockstars Advocacy program was launched. Michael's earlier experience includes roles at Adobe, Salesforce, and ExactTarget, demonstrating a strong background in customer success, marketing strategies, and stakeholder engagement. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in History and Education, Business, and Philosophy from Marquette University.
