Colleen Boyle

Colleen Boyle has extensive experience in product management and project leadership, currently serving as Product Manager at Monroe Plan for Medical Care since January 2021 and at YourCare Health Plan since February 2017. Prior to these roles, Colleen spent nearly a decade at Paychex in various positions, including Project Lead, 401(k)/S125 Tax Analyst, 401(k)/S125 Loans and Distributions Team Lead, and 401(k)/S125 Loans and Distribution Specialist I-III. Colleen's responsibilities have included liaising with stakeholders, coordinating project timelines, ensuring compliance and accurate tax payments, and facilitating team training. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Wellness from SUNY Brockport.
