Erwin de Boer

Erwin de Boer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Yource Group since January 2025, Erwin also co-owns Wijnhuiscuvee.nl, specializing in the import of German wines to the Netherlands. Previously, as Managing Director for Western Europe at Alektum Group from May 2020 to December 2024, Erwin managed operations across multiple countries. In addition to involvement with industry associations such as VCMB and the Nederlandse Vereniging van gecertificeerde Incasso Ondernemingen, Erwin held several leadership positions at Vesting Finance and its associated entities from February 2013 to May 2020. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Business Economics from Tilburg University and a Bachelor’s Degree from Christelijke Hogeschool Windesheim, complemented by additional studies at INSEAD.
