Laura M Caccia, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Advisor for International Strategy at yourCEO, providing fractional management and advisory services to SMEs on international strategy and export. With extensive experience at New Zealand Trade and Enterprise since January 2012, Laura has focused on market entry and growth strategies across Italy and Southeast Europe, conducting market research and facilitating business partnerships. Previously, as Director for the Local Economic Development Department at Camera di Commercio Varese, Laura managed a team of 25 with a budget of €5 million, overseeing projects related to internationalization and economic development. Earlier in Laura's career, tenure as a Lecturer and Researcher at SDA Bocconi involved teaching and consulting on public sector issues. Laura holds an Executive MBA from USI Università della Svizzera italiana and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Università Bocconi.
