Arpitha K

Arpitha K is a Customer Success Manager II at YourDOST since May 2022. Prior to this role, Arpitha worked at Amazon from July 2018 to August 2021, where Arpitha started as a Resolution Specialist and later specialized in handling customer service for Amazon.in. Arpitha studied Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science at United Institute of Technology from 2014 to 2018. During their time at Amazon, Arpitha handled escalations of retail and payment transactions issues, as well as sensitive customer feedback.
