Aleš Pejznoch

Aleš Pejznoch is a seasoned bioinformatics professional with extensive experience in software engineering and development, particularly in the fields of bioinformatics and systems biology. Currently serving as a Senior Bioinformatics Developer at Yourgene Health since November 2019, Aleš has collaborated on various projects across multiple teams, engaging with both internal stakeholders and external customers. Aleš's previous roles include Software Engineer at Masaryk University Brno, where the Parasim system biology tool was developed, and Software Engineer positions at Comprimato and Chameleon Ad, focusing on high-performance video/audio transcoding and server optimization, respectively. Aleš began the journey in software development while pursuing a Master's Degree in Bioinformatics and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Graphics and Image Processing at Masaryk University Brno, complemented by a fundamental education at The First Czech Grammar School in Karlovy Vary.
