Matthew Jones

Matthew Jones has worked at a variety of companies in a range of roles. From 2010 to 2011, they were an Advanced Microsoft ICT Apprentice at Fujitsu, where they were seconded to British Broadcasting Company and responsible for the setup, support, maintenance, and monitoring of all UK based printing systems across the BBC network. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at STATS LLC (formerly Prozone Sports) as a Product Support Technician and then a Product Support Team Leader, where they had enhanced responsibilities including mentoring, coaching and management of Product Support team. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Catapult Sports as a Technical Product Specialist, where they were 2nd and 3rd line technical support for Catapult's EMEA clients and a project lead on the induction of GPSports clients from Canberra, Australia. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at DAZN Group as a Product Manager and Product Executive, where they were the APAC & MENA product lead for ePlayer (DAZN Player) and the EMEA & UK product lead. From 2020 to 2021, they worked at Leeds Building Society as a Digital Product Manager. Currently, they work at Lloyds Banking Group as a Team Product Owner and at YourParkingSpace as a Product Manager.
