Sophie Mollinga has a diverse work experience in the field of design and consultancy. Sophie started their career at Microsoft as a User Experience Designer, where they worked on designing solutions for Windows and SharePoint. Sophie then worked at Brave Bison as a UX and Visual Designer. After that, they joined TalkTalk as a TV UX & Design Lead and later transitioned to the role of a TV Designer and UX Designer for TalkTalk TV. Sophie then worked at CSG as a Customer Experience Lead and Solution Design Consultant, where they worked with leading brands on revenue management and customer engagement solutions. Sophie also worked as a Product Design Lead at CSG. Later, they became a Creative Director at Zooki, a nutrition company, where they focused on innovative and effective delivery methods for nutritional supplements. Sophie managed the company's rebranding and also worked on food tech nutrition. Sophie also worked at Lounge, a community platform, as a Design Consultant, leading the company's rebranding and website redesign. Currently, they are working as a Design Consultant for Sophie Mollinga, where they help clients with website, brand, UX, creative, and strategy-related projects.

Sophie Mollinga obtained a 1st Class Honours Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design from Loughborough University, studying from 2010 to 2014.

Prior to that, they attended Eastbourne College from 2005 to 2010, where they earned A levels in Biology (A), Product Design (A*), and Art & Design (A*).
