Valeriia Redka

Valeriia Redka has a diverse work experience. In 2019, they worked at Smile Expo as a Customer Service Manager, where they handled tasks such as working with CRM system, preparing legal accounts, and promoting on social networks. Valeriia actively participated in various conferences and events during their tenure. Later in 2019, they joined Byzantium ICO Agency as a Project Manager, where they managed a project called "Events. Byzantium" by handling tasks such as filling the site, maintaining social networks, and managing a team. In 2020, they became a Key Account Sales Manager at Links-Stream, where they worked closely with key clients, presented commercial offers, and successfully exceeded sales targets. Currently, Valeriia works as a Customer Success Manager at YouScan, starting from 2021.

Valeriia Redka attended the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 2017 to 2021. Valeriia obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Biotechnology.
