Rafael Schär

Rafael Schär is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and expertise in Lean and Agile principles. Since July 2020, Rafael has been serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Yousty AG. Rafael has also been the Managing Director at beyou.media since February 2003, focusing on digital initiatives. Prior to current roles, Rafael was a technology advisor and CTO in a self-employed capacity from 2013 to 2020, and held software engineering positions at beyoumedia and eEnterprises AG. Rafael's career began as an EDV network specialist and deputy managing director at Connectia GmbH, and includes early experience as a telemarketer. Rafael's educational background includes studies at HSR Hochschule für Technik Rapperswil and the University of Zurich, complemented by a diploma from Kantonsschule Küsnacht.
