Xiaoyu Meng

Xiaoyu Meng currently serves as Development Coordinator at Youth Eastside Services since November 2023. Previously, Meng held various roles including Marketing and Fund Development Specialist at the Chinese Information and Service Center from March 2022 to March 2023, Development Associate at Kin On from August 2021 to April 2022, and Education Program Coordinator at the Refugee Women’s Alliance from June 2020 to July 2021, where significant achievements included CRM integration and cross-functional team leadership. Earlier experiences also encompass positions at Theatre Communications Group, The Drama League, Kenny Leon's True Colors Theatre Company, and Hebei Province Department of Culture Affairs, demonstrating a robust background in development and management within the arts and non-profit sectors. Meng holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from Northeastern University (2024-2026) and a Master of Arts in Performing Arts Administration from New York University (2018-2020), complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Directing from the National Academy of Chinese Theatre Arts (2010-2014).
