Cory Montalvo

Cory Minkah Montalvo serves as the Executive Director of the Youth Empowerment Broadcasting Organization, where responsibilities include recruiting and managing a diverse team, expanding programs that benefit over 800 youth statewide, and overseeing significant financial and operational systems with a budget of $500K and over $2 million in grant funding acquired. Previous experience includes roles as a fellow at Camelback Ventures and collaborating with various organizations such as The Donnell-Kay Foundation, 4.0, and Moonshot, as well as working in multiple capacities at University Preparatory Schools, where Montalvo developed programs for alumni affairs and instituted a positive school culture. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in English literature and creative writing from the University of Colorado Denver and a Graduate Certificate from the University of Denver's Publishing Institute.
