Efe Ogolo

Efe Ogolo is the current Head of Data and Strategy at Youth In Diaspora. Prior to this, they were a Data Scientist at HelloFresh, a Commercial Management Associate at Canadian Western Bank, and a Data Analytics Consultant at Nourished Babe.

Efe has always been passionate about data and analytics and has used their skills to help organizations optimize their pricing models, create employee attrition models, and launch product recommendation engines. In 2018, they won the WIGgy award for their Price Rounding initiative and in February 2019, they won the Going the Distance Award for their Recommendation Engine project.

Efe has helped build the foundation for data science capabilities and maturity at each of the organizations they have worked for and is continuing to do so at Youth In Diaspora.

Efe Ogolo completed a Master of Science (MSc.) in Business Analytics at the Ivey Business School at Western University. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Economics at the University of Alberta.

Their manager is Emikele Oseni-Elamah, Head Of Canada. Efe Ogolo works with Yahaya Alphonse - Head of Canada, Esther Mustapha - Chief of Staff.
