Eric Dillenbeck

Eric Dillenbeck holds a Master's Degree in Divinity from Columbia Theological Seminary and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Secondary Education with a focus on History and Geography from Clemson University. Currently serving as the Director of Work Experience and Manager of the Summer Youth Employment Program at Youth Opportunities Unlimited since May 2017, Eric has effectively contributed to providing short-term work experiences for over 1,000 young people in Cuyahoga County. Previous roles include Manager of Community Partnerships at Heights Community Congress and Executive Director at Fairmount Presbyterian Church, where responsibilities included community partnership development and volunteer training. Earlier positions included Associate Pastor roles at North Decatur Presbyterian Church and Shandon Presbyterian Church, focusing on youth education and pastoral care, as well as leading strategic initiatives in campus ministry.
