Kip Clarke

Kip Clarke is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in banking, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic consulting. Currently serving as Executive in Residence at Youth Opportunities Unlimited, Kip is dedicated to enhancing program development and growth strategies for disengaged youth. Previously, as President of Business Banking at KeyBank, Kip successfully repositioned the business model and facilitated the distribution of 52,000 Payroll Protection Plan loans. Kip's leadership roles at KeyBank included Midwest Region President, Cleveland Market President, and Executive Vice President, where significant revenue growth and innovative strategies were achieved. Kip co-headed the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at KeyBanc Capital Markets and developed investment banking practices in the Pacific Northwest. Earlier career experiences include positions at Carleton, McCreary, Holmes & Company, Inverness Partners, Prescott, Ball & Turben, and Booz Allen Hamilton. Kip holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA from the University of Michigan.
