Mark Taylor works as the Vice-President of Resource Development for the United Way of Ottawa. His work ensures that the United Way has the resources it needs to support agencies changing lives across the region. From 2010 to 2018 Mark served as the Ottawa City Councillor for Bay Ward in Ottawa’s west end. From 2014 to 2018 Mark also served as the Deputy Mayor of Ottawa. During his time in office Mark was involved in files relating to public health, affordable housing and homelessness, intergovernmental affairs, economic development and the environment. Mark has also been a business owner in the technology and telephony space.
