Latonya Pendleton

As Chief Human Resources Officer, LaTonya Pendleton is responsible for guiding and managing the overall human resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company.

Pendleton joined Youth Villages in 1998, and has worked as an overnight teacher counselor, recruiter, human resources generalist, and human resources manager, and most recently as managing director of human resources.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a master’s degree in human resources from Central Michigan University. She has achieved the distinction of SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
