Luc Pauwels

Luc Pauwels is an accomplished general manager with extensive experience in change management and IT across various sectors, including FMCG and financial services. Currently serving as the general manager at @independent since December 2018, Luc focuses on consulting opportunities for companies undergoing transformation. As the owner of Helixx, established in April 2020, Luc provides coaching and support to C-Level executives to enhance organizational effectiveness. Contributions to YouthStart Belgium as a trainer facilitate the development of self-confidence in young individuals. A significant tenure at KBC Bank & Verzekering from 2011 to 2018 involved leadership roles in IT strategy and application development.
