Joe Lister

Joe Lister has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Joe began their career as a Production Assistant at Clever Media in 1999. Joe then worked as a Creative Technologist in the Digital Marketing Group at Agency.com from 2000 to 2002. From 2004 to 2005, Joe worked as a Freelance Flash/Director Developer at Imagination and Modem Media. In 2005, they worked as a Freelance Actionscript Developer at Imagination Group Ltd and as a Senior and Freelance Actionscript Developer at Wunderman Interactive. Joe then joined NearInteraction in 2008 as a Freelance Flash Developer. Joe subsequently worked at BBC as a Senior Flash Developer from 2009 to 2010 before returning to YouView TV Limited as a Senior Flash Developer from 2010 to 2015. At YouView TV Limited, they transitioned to the roles of Technical Lead from 2015 to 2018 and Senior Software Engineer from October 2018 to the present. Overall, Joe has gained extensive experience in software development and flash/director development throughout their career.

Joe Lister obtained a Ba (Hons) degree in Photography and Multimedia from the University of Westminster, where they studied from 1995 to 1998. In January 2019, they also obtained the certification of Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance.
