Pepijn Raats

Pepijn Raats has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as Manager bedrijfsvoering at Youz since December 2021, overseeing the Zorglogistiek Rijnmond department and leading initiatives in online treatment and innovation. Previously, Pepijn held various positions at dr. Leo Kannerhuis, including Team Innovatie Youz and Chair of the OR Youz, and contributed to the digital clinic team. Pepijn's background includes roles as a sociotherapeut and personal coordinator at Siza and dr. Leo Kannerhuis, emphasizing the importance of social inclusion for individuals with autism spectrum disorders. Pepijn holds a Master’s degree in Lean and a post-bachelor degree in Healthcare Management, complemented by a nursing qualification (BIG registration).
